Santa Fun Run On Wednesday, 13th December all the boys took part in an obstacle course with fun obstacles and a lap of running. Students made €2 donations for new Maths equipment, and we also raised €525 this year! We started swimming this term with room 2 . We walk up on Tuesday afternoons with our teachers. There are 3 groups in swimming, the first group in swimming. The first group is in the shallow  end and are all new to swimming. The second group is working on improving their skills. The 3rd group is in the deep end and are doing more advanced skills. I know it might be scary in a new school but we, the 2nd class boys, moved to Drimnagh Castle in September . Our school is very big and we are learning lots of new things. Some of the work is hard but we are trying our best. SESE is cool and we have a lovely garden. We are lucky we have a great football coach from Crumlin GAA called Jay . 6th Class Boxing and Cycling by Callum Egan in Mr. Briody’s Class

This month in 6th class we have started boxing with Ed. We have learned boxing skills such as sparing and we have been focusing on improving our fitness. We have also started cycling to improve our road safety skills. John brings in bikes for us to use and we cycle in the yard.We have really enjoyed our first month in 6th class!
