Krindlekrax is a book about a boy called Ruskin Splinter who wants to be a hero in the St George’s School play. This novel experiences death, community and bullying.  The story is very interesting in my opinion. It is very interesting that Ruskin thinks that Corky Pigeon is the only person who can help him with his problems. Corky is the caretaker of St George’s School. Winston is Ruskin’s dad who always says it’s not my fault. Wendy is Ruskin’s mam who says polly wolly doodle all the day. Mr Lace is Ruskin’s teacher who loves sucking pencils. Elvis and Sparky are bullies. The story comes to a head when Ruskin found out about Krindlekrax. He has to do battle with Krindlekrax but to find out what happens you will have to read the book. Philip Ridley is the author and the book very well written. I would give this book a five star rating.
